The LEDVANCE R63 Colour is a SMART+ WiFi bulb. LEDVANCE’s own UK support page, How to link to Apple HomeKit, sets out which of their ranges can be added to the Home app and ends with a flat statement about this one: “The SMART+ WiFi Products are not compatible with Apple Home.” The product datasheet lists Google Home and Amazon Alexa and does not mention Apple at any point.
If you want a LEDVANCE spot that does work with Apple Home, the range to look at is SMART+ Bluetooth, which pairs to the Home app directly, or SMART+ Matter. The Wi-Fi range never will — it is a different radio and a different app path, not a firmware update away.
